Basically, if you have no more quests left, you need to buy the collar for 1000 gold. Then once you have it, and 10000 gold you sleep and then visit Lily the next day

When will will version 12 be available to the public because It's been version 11 for me
v0.11 was released about a week ago here.
So about 3 or so months is the usual cycle for the next version to be released here
i am at the point where i am training violet in the night but for some reason i cant go beyond 400??

You need to progress Lenya and Jasmines quest. Once they're complete, you can find Violet in the kitchen in the morning and continue.
Look at your quest log to see if you still have some quests with them
